The bathroom can be one of the most frustrating rooms to clean - so much scrubbing, bending, reaching, and re-scrubbing. Here’s an easier way to get the task done.
Liberally spray down the toilet, tub, sink, and shower and let them soak in cleaning solution mixed with hot water as hot water makes things easier to clean. Scrubbing is easier after the solution has soaked deep into the dirt. Remove obstacles so that you can sweep. Clean the mirror before you attack the sink as stray window cleaner particles tend to drift onto other surfaces, leaving annoying droplets. Next, clean the sink and counters with a scrubbing sponge before moving to the toilet bowl. To make your toilet shine use a scrubbing sponge.
Test the shower and tub, rubbing a tile to make sure that the dirt has been lifted. If not, take out the laundry, trash, and get the mop water ready. If you sprayed from the bottom to the top, make sure you clean this way as well and vice versa. After that, take a large cup or bucket and carefully pour clean hot water over every clean surface to wash away any leftover cleaning product.
Last but not least, mop the floor, step back, and admire your work!
